Online applications for the freshman class of 2012 will be available at this page of the website beginning Monday, September 3, 2007.

Application Checklist

•  Complete online application by Monday, December 3, 2007.
•  Application Fee is $75.
•  Submit a photocopy of applicant's Birth Certificate by Monday, December 3, 2007.
•  Submit all paperwork and application for Extended Time Testing (only if applicable) by Friday, December 7, 2007.
•  Take the HSPT at DLS or at another participating Catholic school on Saturday, January 12, 2008 (9:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.). (Please notify DLS by Friday, December 21, 2007 if applicant is not testing at DLS.
•  Grades Request Form & Confidential Recommendation Form must be submitted to the Director of Admissions from the applicant's school by Friday, February 1, 2008.
•  Completed Director of Religious Education Recommendation Form (optional) submitted to the Director of Admissions by Friday, February 1, 2008.

High School Placement Test (HSPT)

The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is required of all 9th grade applicants. The test is to be taken only once and can be taken at any of the Catholic high schools.

If taking the HSPT at DLS, please arrive in front of the school no later than 9:00 a.m. where you will find an alphabetical list with the applicant's legal name as it appears on his birth certificate.

There will be NO exam day registration.

Calculators are not allowed for the Math portion of the test.
