2012-13 Season Recap Nick Dildine's golden goal deep into the first overtime gave the De La Salle a 1-0 win over San Ramon Valley in the NCS Division I title game. Dildine's goal came off a header from Tony Bell, and gave the Spartans their fifth straight Division I section title. ***** The De La Salle soccer team knew it needed a victory against California to clinch the EBAL title. That's because the Spartans were already aware that 2nd-place Monte Vista had defeated San Ramon Valley earlier in the day. De La Salle got the result it needed, beating the visiting Grizzlies 2-0, to claim its second straight EBAL league title and fourth in five years. *****  ***** |
