2013 Season NCS Championships 5/22/13 - In what has to be considered a double upset, both De La Salle, the number one seed, and Monte Vista (#2) were defeated in the semifinals of the NCS playoffs. Novato, the number four seed, beat the Spartans in a very close match, 12-10. In the other semi final match, Redwood (#6) slipped past Monte Vista, 8-6.
