Paul Johnson - EBAL Champion - Team Finishes 2nd
Paul Johnson (16:12.41) once again lead the way, finishing 11 seconds ahead of the rest of the field in the EBAL Championships at Oak Hill Park in Danville. This is Johnson's second EBAL win; the first at the EBAL Center Meet in Pleasanton. Johnson distanced himself from the field in the last third of the race. "The plan was to run with the leaders and then with about a mile left, go for the lead," he said. De La Salle's Kyle Williams (16:24.07) finished third.
