An Evening of Honor
Date: June 3, 2012
Price: $40 per person
De La Salle High School
The tradition of excellence established by our Spartan brothers, both as students and as alumni, continues to grow and deepen. At the "Evening of Honor" we induct into the Athletic Hall of Fame a new class of great student-athletes who have grown into fine men, and we present the 2012 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. The honorees have demonstrated not just talent and skill, but a work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of brotherhood in their student years and since.
Members of the Spartan community, our friends and our families are welcome to join us in this celebration of our Lasallian tradition and to share in our pride at the accomplishments of our alumni. Please contact Director of Alumni Relations Tim Roberts at (925) 288-8171 or email robertst@dlshs.org for more information about attending future events.

I
f you love great wine and great education, you won't want to miss this special event celebrating Speratus Winery’s new releases for 2012. Hosted by Scott's Seafood of Walnut Creek, our guests are invited to enjoy an elegant and enlightening dining experience, as well as the opportunity to learn from world-class winemaker Jean Hoefliger, the man behind behind the Speratus brand. Jean will begin each course with insight into the wine's selection and creation.
Derived from the Latin word sperare, which means "to hope." Purchasing Speratus wines offers you an opportunity to enjoy great wine while helping to keep De La Salle’s great Catholic, Lasallian education accessible to those who need it.All proceeds from this event and all sales of Speratus wines are for a single purpose: to fund scholarships that allow extremely low-income families to send their sons to De La Salle High School.
