The Advancement Office is pleased to produce and execute events that support the mission of De La Salle High School and help us raise both friends and funds throughout the year.   

FETE Auction

The FETE (Furthering Education Through Excellence) Auction is De La Salle High School’s annual auction featuring a different theme each year. This event traditionally hosts the essentials for a great “fun”draising event – entertainment by the De La Salle Jazz Band, hosted cocktails, flavorful food, live and silent auctions.  Proceeds from this event benefit co-curricular activities at De La Salle.

Br. Maris Golf Tournament

The 29th annual Brother Maris Golf Tournament, hosted by the De La Salle Alumni Association, is on Monday, May 13, 2013, at beautiful Diablo Country Club. The event honors Brother Maris Spillane, FSC, a teacher and golf coach in De La Salle’s early days, and the proceeds fund scholarships to De La Salle. A shotgun start, fun contests, special hole prizes and hole-in-one prizes, and the high-stakes shootout. The event sells out fast, and registration online opens eight weeks prior to the day. The fun includes tee prizes, refreshments, lunch, and end-of-day cocktail reception, with raffles, silent auctions, and live auction. Join us in the fundraising for Alumni Endowment scholarships for Spartans of the future. DLS Super Ticket - Sold Out

The Super Ticket allows access to four great De La Salle community events during the 2012-13 school year with the purchase of a single Super Ticket.  The Super Ticket guarantees you a seat at the most popular DLS events including the Crab Feed, an event that sold out in less than 3 hours last year. 

The ticket price covers the entry fees for one person to A Classic Evening on October 7, 2012, the DLS Crab Feed on January 26, 2013, the Bacchanalia: A Taste of De La Salle on February 7, 2013, and the FETE Auction at Blackhawk on April 20, 2013. 

A maximum of two Super Tickets may be purchased per family.  Super Tickets must be ordered online. Only 100 tickets were sold.  Tickets were available until September 30, 2012.  Please contact Heather Pastorini at pastorinih@dlshs.org if you have any questions.

An Evening of Honor

The tradition of excellence established by our Spartan brothers, both as students and as alumni, continues to grow and deepen. At the "Evening of Honor" we induct into the Athletic Hall of Fame a new class of great student-athletes who have grown into fine men, and we present the  Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. The honorees have demonstrated not just talent and skill, but a work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of brotherhood in their student years and since. 

Members of the Spartan community, our friends and our families are welcome to join us in this celebration of our Lasallian tradition and to share in our pride at the accomplishments of our alumni. A Classic Evening

Open to everyone, this reception is the first major social event of the school year and supports De La Salle students in need of financial aid. There will be great food, a silent and live auction, and the opportunity for you to make new friends and to reconnect with old ones.

De La Salle Golf Classic

The De La Salle Golf Classic has become the annual opportunity for Spartan friends and family to reunite for a day on the links. Benefiting student financial aid, this event is a wonderful way to meet fellow Spartans, while helping future Spartans to have the opportunity to benefit from a De La Salle education. Tournament activities include golf, our traditional horse race, awards reception, silent and live auction and big drawing.

A Taste of De La Salle: Bacchanalia

A delightful celebration of food and wine, A Taste of De La Salle is an annual benefit that kicks off the school’s spring fund raising efforts benefiting all co-curricular activities at De La Salle including Athletics, Campus Ministry, Company, Band, Robotics, and more.

This event features wine tastings from wineries in the Napa, Livermore and Central Valleys and have included Alpha Omega Winery, Andrus Island Vineyards, AuburnJames, Baldacci Family Vineyards, Damian Rae Winery, Domaine Carneros, Groppallo Winery, Laird Family Estate, Mitchell Katz Winery, R&B Cellars, Release Winery, Simoncini Vineyards, Speratus Winery, Topel Estate Winery & Vineyards and Troll Bridge Cellars, just to name a few.

Delicious food samplings have also been featured by Baci Bistro and Bar, Epicurean Group, Maverick's Catering, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Ruggie's Simple Elegance Catering, Scott's Seafood Restaurant, Skipolini's Pizza, Eat Drink and Be Merry, and We Olive. Plus, a variety of gourmet cheeses and desserts from The Old Towne Danville Bakery.

Wineries have a selection of wines available during the event for purchase. A wide selection of vendors are also available to peruse and purchase from.
