A Three-Star Linebacker, Three-Star Running Back, and an Offensive Lineman Headline De La Salle’s Third NLI
Concord, Calif. – On Wednesday, February 5, De La Salle’s Athletics Department recognized three additional student-athletes who have committed to colleges for the 2025-26 school year. All of the recruits have been star players on De La Salle’s football team.
Dominic Kelley, a running back who was ranked 22 in the nation last season by MaxPreps, has committed to the University of Nevada Reno. His teammate, linebacker Niko Baumgartner, is ranked in the top 34 in the North Coast Section (NCS) and will play for Fresno State University. Rounding out Signing Day is lineman Ace Robinson who will play for University of Nevada Las Vegas after ranking in the top 35 for Division 2.

The February Signing Day is the third of four National Letter of Intent (NLI) signing days for the De La Salle Athletics program. In November and December, the school celebrated 12 other Spartans athletes who are moving on to play collegiate sports. With this latest announcement, the total number of student-athletes who have committed to college for 2025 now stands at 15. De La Salle’s final NLI Signing Day will be April 16, 2025.
