Strategic Plan

Pathway to the Future is the culmination of thoughtful planning that began in March 2022 with a visioning exercise involving the Board of Trustees and a community-wide effort that included surveys, focus groups, and task force meetings.

While inwardly grounded, the plan outline (see below) is outwardly focused on deepening how we form Men of Faith, Integrity, and Scholarship. It will serve as a powerful means to realize our mission amidst emerging challenges and opportunities. Built on the heritage of the Lasallian Christian Brothers and connected to the world, it reflects our vision to be a global leader in inspiring young men to embrace spiritual growth, life-long learning, and servant leadership.

We believe that this plan will help our community bear fruit for future Spartans and ensure that we continue to faithfully live our mission as a Lasallian Catholic school. Our ultimate goal is to provide a premier learning environment for all of our Spartans to succeed.
