BREADCRUMB

Mr. Cesarin teaching Technical Theatre Art

Technical Art

Our Technical Arts department is where students apply their theoretical knowledge to create, develop, and design ideas… and then turn them into reality. At the center of this work is our Fabrication Room - a culmination of significant investment in hands-on learning for students interested in the technical arts. It is a shared space for our robotics program, technical theatre, sculpture, and engineering classes and is fully equipped with all of the tools and machinery needed for these disciplines.

Each of our Technical Arts classes is designed to teach students about project management, working in teams, persistence, and being resourceful; all through the lens of the design process and an understanding of manufacturing techniques. All Technical Arts classes are available to students of any level or experience.

Classes using the Fabrication Room include:

  • Robotics, Engineering, and Programming

  • Technical Theatre

  • Sculpture

  • Sculpture 2

  • Engineering, Architecture, and Design

  • Multimedia Design

Please refer to our Academic Courses page for more information about any of the classes listed above.
