School Year Camps

Winter Wrestling Camp Session 2 (January and February, 2026)

The Spring Wrestling Camp is great for beginners and advanced youth wrestlers.  Beginners can learn the sport of wrestling while experienced youth wrestlers can sharpen their skills for the spring tournaments! We will go over the fundamentals of setups, takedowns, pinning combinations, and scrambling drills. Advanced wrestlers will get more individualized training sessions.  There will also be competitive drills and matches throughout the camp. This camp is led by the De La Salle Varsity Wrestling Coaching Staff and takes place in the De La Salle Wrestling room. The camp will run for 12 sessions. See dates below.

• Tuesday & Thursday nights (12 sessions)
• 4:30-5:30pm
• Grades 2-8th
• March 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31, April 2, 14, 16
