Beyond the Bell
Campus Ministry: A Year of Impact

Retreats: Moments That Matter
At De La Salle, each retreat is a milestone in our students’ personal and spiritual journey. From laughter-filled beginnings to transformative moments of service and reflection, these experiences help our young men grow in faith, character, and brotherhood.
Freshman Retreat – Brotherhood: A half-day of laughter, games, and real talk. Freshmen reflect on their journey so far and build bonds that last a lifetime.
Sophomore Retreat – Metanoia: A day of transformation. Students learn to be upstanders, not bystanders, inspired by the courage of Jesus.
Junior Retreat – FSC Day: Faith, Service, and Community come alive as juniors serve at Monument Crisis Center, putting compassion into action.
Senior Retreat: A powerful 3-day, 2-night journey of reflection and connection. This year, 220 of 251 seniors embraced this milestone moment.

Spartans in Action
In Browning, Montana, students worked side-by-side with children at the De La Salle Blackfeet School, learning about life on the reservation. In Chicago, they explored social justice issues like food insecurity and homelessness, returning with new perspectives and deeper empathy.

Working with these children at the De La Salle Blackfeet School, brought about a sense of fulfilment for some of our Spartans.

They established new connections and left behind uplifting notes for their newly found friends.

Spartans rallied together to understand issues surrounding social justice issues in Chicago, and returned with an appreciation for efforts to address these challenges.
