Toy Drive
For over two decades, our school has collected toys for local children in need so that they can wake up on Christmas morning to the joy of opening a gift. Hundreds of toys are delivered each year to local organizations like Running with Love, Oakland Catholic Worker, De La Salle Academy, and Bay Area Crisis Nursery.
Our Toy Drive traditionally starts after our school-wide Thanksgiving Prayer Service and runs through the last day of the fall semester.
2023 De La Salle Toy Drive
Thank you to everyone in our community who supported the 2023 Toy Drive. Your generosity is what makes this endeavor so joyful for the families who receive your gifts. In 2023, our school was able to deliver more than 2,000 toys to Running with Love, the Oakland Catholic Work, the De La Salle Academy, and the Bay Area Crisis Nursery while also raising an additional $1,325 in financial donations.
